does any one know a lactose free hot chocolate recipe?
i really want some hot chocolate to get into the winter mood, but dont have any hot chocolate mix. the other recipes all call for milk, and i dont want to up set my stomach. please leave recipes if you have one, thanks!
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup of EdenSoy, vanilla flavored
1 tbsp. baking cocoa
DIRECTIONS
1) Stir the sugar and cocoa together, pour in soy beverage a little at a time to make it smooth and nut lumpy.
2) Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, microwave until desired temperature is reached.
okay, all you have to do is take some nesqick and put it in really hot water.
