You first slice potatoes into chip-sized pieces. You can do this with a simple tool found in a kitchen store or a knife if you prefer.   2. Then comes the Fry-Daddy. Deep-fry the potato slices and let them cool on a paper towel. The towel will soak up excess grease.   3. Finally comes the fondue kit. Melt your choice of chocolate in the fondue pan, dip the chips and lastly let them cool on wax paper.   That's it!! Try one of these homemade chocolate covered potato chips and you'll be in heaven.
